Startup Registration & Recognition process on Uttar Pradesh Startup Portal  

Startups seeking to avail the incentives and benefits offered under the Uttar Pradesh Startup Policy 2026–2031 shall be required to register and obtain recognition on the StartinUP Portal (https://StartinUP.up.gov.in/). 

Eligibility 

To avail incentives under the policy, a startup must be incorporated/ registered in Uttar Pradesh. However, startups not incorporated/ registered in Uttar Pradesh but having a production facility, service facility, or operational unit with more than 50% of their business operations within the State.

Startups shall register on the Startup Mission Portal by clicking on the 'Register' option and selecting 'Startup' as the user type.  
The applicant shall provide the required details, including name, email address, mobile number, and password.  
Upon successful registration, the startup may log in using its credentials, complete the online application form, and submit the same through the portal.
